"Oh my goodness!

1:1 coaching and energetic work with Ana is truly something that needs to be experienced to be truly appreciated. Even then, it is nearly impossible to put into words. 

The version of myself that walked into this coaching container six months ago is nearly unrecognizable to the person that emerged on the other side of this magical vortex.

For at least the past 25 years I have been on a journey of self-discovery, growth and transformation. This was the first time, though, I had ever taken the leap of faith into a 1:1 coaching container. And believe me, I was terrified!

The money, the time, the vulnerability... How could I justify spending this money on myself for something that I didn't even know would prove useful, powerful, or transformative?

Of course, the potential existed that this would be a terrible mistake, a waste of money, time and effort.  But so did the potential that this would be an incredible, life-altering experience.

I decided to choose the latter outcome.

After all, my life journey was actually going very well. I did not NEED a coach.

I did, however, have a DESIRE to expand into the next highest version of myself--and a desire not take another 25 years to do that. 

Of course I could continue to learn by reading books, taking courses, attending workshops etc. And I still do those things, but entering into a coaching/mentoring relationship I've realized collapses time around all of it. I believe that we all are here to grow and evolve and expand exponentially.

What if you could bend space and collapse time around self-growth, wouldn't it be worth it? That is what happens when I worked with Ana! 

To be truthful, spending the largest amount of money to date on my evolution and growth seemed like a wild and irresponsible notion. What the heck was I doing? What if this turned out to be an embarrassing decision that I would later have to confess my folly to my friends and family? The what-ifs. The fears. They were definitely there, and very loud. But despite my fears, I chose to say YES. I just trusted my heart and intuition to leap into this container despite knowing how I was going to pay for it, or what the experience would be, or if the outcome would even be worth it.

OMG was it worth it! 

Ana has the capacity to hold such a high-frequency space that makes potent and powerful transformation feel magical and effortless.

Her soul meets your soul with such an empowered energetic state that your human self feels safe enough to allow your higher self to step into the forefront of your life in every area. And when this happens, watch out world!

You begin to trust yourself and your decisions completely.

You stop looking outside yourself for answers.

You stop trying to figure it all out because you are creating it all anyway.

How can you second guess your choices when they are made in alignment with your true nature? 

My relationship with money has shifted dramatically. 

I am earning 3 times what I was earning prior to working with Ana. Not only that, but I am working with freedom of location and time.

I still work in a traditional health field career but I now do so on my terms. I take travel contract assignments where I choose my location, length of time, and time off. This is an incredible shift.

My relationships have become stronger, more meaningful, and closer.

I have lost ten pounds.... I basically up-leveled and integrated abundance in all areas of my life simultaneously.

Before working with Ana, I felt I needed to choose prosperity in one area of life over another or that if I was successful in one area, it would cause lack in another. 

Working with Ana dissolved and transformed this belief that I had not been able to shift on my own. 

I feel so empowered now in my life. Of course circumstances fluctuate and things happen that I feel are 'negative' in the moment but I am quickly able to target the triggers and shift into a state of gratitude. The duality of life actually amuses me most of the time now.

Even though I continue to grow and evolve, I am appreciating the journey.

Before working with Ana I had this long-standing heavy feeling of trying to figure out my soul's purpose or mission. I actually did unravel this mystery within Soul Journey, but it was not at all in the way I was expecting. So much better than I could have ever imagined!

My favorite part of having Ana as a 1:1 coach is having someone of such high integrity, compassion and intelligence to be accountable to on a regular basis. 

A kind, compassionate, emotionally-intelligent person who really holds the standard high for self-love, integrity and consistency. A person who embodies the very nature of unconditional love. How did you feel before, during, and then after working with Ana?

"I felt really good. SO much of my stagnant energy shifted and I went from feeling drained and stressed out to feeling happy and abundant and clear.

 Her essence is very calming, supportive and intuitive. She's very present, available and flexible.

Can you share what it's been like working with Ana as a coach and intuitive guide? How is she different to other coaches?

Other coaches have focused on strategy, marketing, offers, packaging, pricing etc. We talked about none of that yet I made more money in our time together that I have all year. This was different because it focused on who I was being & how I was showing up. The Activations were amazing and something I hadn't experience before. 

How have you grown since working with Ana?

I've felt happier, more focused and I've learned to allow other to help & support me. 

What has been your biggest breakthrough or "aha"?

That energy is everything! 

What have you released?

A lot of doubt, fear and sluggish energy. 

What were some of your favourite parts about having 1on1 coaching?

The Activations and Readings. And I loved how our Coaching just went where it needed to go. We often didn't plan our sessions and I would wonder what we were going to talk about but the exact right conversation or insight would take place. It was so interesting and amazing .

How has your relationship changed with yourself? What about with others in your life?

When we started I was so tired. Carrying all the burden, never asking for help, always feeling like I could only rely on myself. That has definitely changed. I allowed myself to receive and once I let myself receive, I started to receive in all ways. From support in the household, to more opportunities in work/business, to more money, to more ME time..

How has your relationship with money and business changed?

In the time we worked together, our household income jumped by over 6 figures. Coincidence? I think not. 

The investment in 1 on 1 coaching can feel a little scary. How did you feel when you put the money down? Has it been worth it this far?

Yeah it was a big investment. Usually when we invest that kind of money it's in business coaching so we can grow our business. But often when I've invested in business coaching nothing has changed because my energy and vibration hasn't changed. This was totally worth it and results speak for themselves. 

What would you say to someone thinking about working with Ana 1on1 or in a group?

Do it! You are worth it. You are worth the investment. "

How did I feel before, during, and then after working with Ana?

"To be honest I didn’t know what to expect leading into this mind work, I knew it would be different from what I was used to, but had no idea the depth and the severity of growth that lay before me. I was nervous, excited, hesitant, but just knew deep down I had what it took to undertake what ever it was to transform into what was to be the best experience I’ve ever encountered ever, no amount of money could ever put a price on what outcome I got.

If I could explain the experience of the 1:1 coaching and energetic work with Ana in one sentence, what would I say?

Words CAN NOT describe the natural talent this Angel has, in picking up what needs to come through, to what you need to step into, what angel to gently nudge you, to help guide you through what you need to do and see, and to support you in every aspect that you need. There is nothing that this woman doesn’t give you, never meet anyone like her in my life.

How has my relationship changed with myself? What about the others in your life?

This is huge for me. Prior to working with Ana, I had so much self-hate and filled myself with so much abuse and neglect to cover up what I didn’t want to face as it was way too hard & painful. But with 1 session without me even realising I was working through topics I didn’t want to work on, I quickly realised we had finished the session, and I had released shit I didn’t even know I was holding onto.

And as for others in my life, well I finally can safely and nicely say, your opinion doesn’t serve me anymore, or that is an interesting point of view!!! Instead of taking on everyone’s bullshit.

I’ve learnt that myself love & Self-worth is far more valuable than the bs that people bring into my space. It doesn’t mean you cut of ties with every-one, it just means you're more select with who you invite into your scared space and what beliefs you take on board.

(Now this isn’t for the faint hearted, you can’t go into this half assed, you can’t even think well, maybe I’ll give it ago, and I’ll see if I can.

Be fucking real, cut the bullshit, and you either jump all in and lock the back door as you leap out so you cart crawl back in, if you don’t like what your facing, or don’t bother jumping of the ledge, it’s that fricken simple.

This isn’t up to Ana to do all this for you, if you really want the results, you have to be all in, you have to want it, seriously what have you got to lose?)

"When Ana announced that she would be offering her Quantum Activation Sessions and explained the process, I knew that I needed to get a spot with her. I decided that I was going to fully show up for myself and her during my session (because trust me, she deserves 100% of your focus during the process, as do you). I followed her instructions, I readied myself as she asked, yet I didn’t know what to expect.

I can try to explain what I experienced but I don’t feel like my human self could get the picture perfectly clear, so I will just give you the details of what has happened since our session (4 days ago):

I feel as if I have finally arrived HOME, as if I am living as my higher self at all times. While there are times that I do feel anxiety, I am able to very easily step aside and allow myself to flow with it and heal myself in real time. This is something I’ve been working towards for a couple of years and it’s finally here.

My relationships with my kids are unlike anything I’ve ever known, especially with my daughter...as someone that is very off-limits with physical touch, she has allowed me to hug her and has actually come to me to be held during rough times.

Just in writing this, I am actually able to cry to release the emotions behind a lot of it...something I haven’t been able to do in such a long time. There was one moment during my session with Ana that I felt some emotional blockages breakdown and I am now able to flow and cry as I need to, which feels amazing.

I have healed so many TREMENDOUS traumas that I have been holding onto since I was a child and some that have been hanging around for a shorter time, but were still causing chaos and blockages in my life.

I am so very close to healing an entire decade worth of emotional and verbal abuse from my ex-husband...the very thing that was holding me back from stepping into my true power and working towards serving my purpose.

I have achieved more goals in the last 4 days than I have since I have known Ana (8ish months), including discovering my niche, becoming SUPER clear on my vision and actually DOING THE WORK.

This may seem strange but I just could not make myself do any work towards serving my purpose, no matter how much I wanted to...I just could not make it happen. I’ve honestly shocked myself with how I have blown through tasks since Sunday.

I am forever grateful for Ana and the time that she took to help me through this process and for the time that she made for me earlier last year. "My Quantum Energy Activation session was amazing and so different to anything I’ve ever experienced. 

Once I was into my breaths and became aware of the feelings and sensations through my body, was when I truly felt connected.

My connections and sensations came in between my solar plexus and sacral chakras.....just between those, but mostly solar plexus. I’m not sure I can truly explain what I was feeling......it was kind of a tingle but also more of just a gut feeling, a very strong sensation that that was my connection area. 

Once I moved and stood up I could feel the energy flowing thru my feet and legs, and up thru my body and head, out to source. It was a continuous flow that returned thru my head down my arms and body and thru my legs and feet into the earth. 

I don’t remember when exactly but my feet started to move, and they were going almost in sync with my breaths. I was breathing very much on purpose but it felt so natural, and not labored. The natural movement thru my feet and legs was mirrored in my hands too. They were shaking, moving and vibrating again in rhythm to my feet and breaths. It was almost choreographed!! 

Along with all of these rhythms was an epic flow of emotions. I couldn’t control the flow of tears and emotions that came. 

This massive surge of emotions was while I was pushing those fears and resistance connections out.

Using my breath I pushed them all the way out from my solar plexus chakra into the Universe. And once I then felt acceptance, and that I was worthy and totally capable, was when the feeling of wanting to step into my true successful self became another overwhelming wave of emotions and tears.

These were happy tears though instead of fear & scared feelings, and I was smiling and crying, and literally bursting with excitement to just get into this new me! I’ve never felt an excitement so strong and overwhelming.

I’m so impressed with how receptive I was and so grateful for the insight into what I needed to embrace and in turn release. 

Ana has a way about her and truly can tap in and get to your truth, no matter how deep its buried! 

She’s also so kind and capable of making sure that you are safe and takes care to protect your energy too.
